Our commitment: We want you to be satisfied with your biodata. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from downloading your biodata after payment, we will make it right.
1. Nature of Our Service
Marriage Biodata Maker provides a digital download service. Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to download your biodata as a PDF and/or image file. Because the service is delivered digitally and instantly, our refund policy reflects this nature.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund in the following circumstances:
- Your payment was successfully processed but the download did not work due to a technical error on our end
- You were charged multiple times for the same download session
- The downloaded file was corrupted or empty due to a technical issue
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- You successfully downloaded the biodata but changed your mind about the design
- You selected a paid template when a free template was available
- You were unable to download due to your own browser, device, or internet issues
- You did not read the preview before making payment (a full live preview is available before purchase)
- Requests made more than 7 days after the transaction date
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at admin@marriagebiodatamaker.co within 7 days of your transaction with:
- Your Razorpay Payment ID (found in your payment confirmation email)
- A description of the issue you experienced
- Screenshots if applicable
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
5. Free Templates
No payment is required for free templates. Therefore, no refund is applicable for free template downloads.
