Marriage Biodata Maker does not operate on a subscription basis. There are no recurring charges, no monthly fees, and no automatic renewals. You make a one-time payment only when you choose to download a premium biodata template. You are never automatically charged.
You can cancel a payment at any time before it is completed by:
No charge is applied if you close the payment window before completing the transaction. You will only be charged when the payment is explicitly confirmed and completed.
Since our service delivers a digital product (biodata download) immediately upon successful payment, post-payment cancellation is not applicable in the traditional sense. Once a payment is completed and the download is made available, the transaction is considered fulfilled.
If you have paid but have not yet downloaded your biodata, please refer to our Refund Policy for applicable circumstances.
If your payment fails or is declined during the checkout process, no amount is charged. You are free to retry with a different payment method. Failed payment transactions are automatically voided.
Free templates do not require any payment. They can be used and downloaded at any time without any commitment or charges.
